Page Format Issue on Crystal Report on xp and Win7

Hello,
I have develop a report using crystal report 10 on Window 7 machine. The report page format was set custom . Page height is 30.50 cm and page width is 24.00 cm. The project is developed on visual studio 2008.
The reports works fine on window 7 Machine(dell laptop). I had tested the report on printer, it works fine.

My problem is , when I install the project into other computer having Xp, the report page content is not adjusted into single page where as in window 7 same content is displayed into single page.

The report I developed is standard page size and format, the content must be displayed into single page. so ho can I solve this problem??? I deploy the project into xp machine too and create the setup file into xp machine, but the page size issue is not solved.

I tested making the same screen resolution on both machine.

Solution 1

I believe it depends on the selected printer. Make sure that the print margins are the same as the one in your Windows 7 PC.

I already test the same.
In development PC I had set the custom paper size of 30.50 cm height and 24.00 cm width. Kept 0 margin on all side of the paper. (Control panel/printer and Fax/Server Properties)
I keep paper margin on crystal report at design time.

after installing the project on xp machine , I had create the same custom paper size as in development machine.

Please help me to solve the problem.
