How to remove the IE Information Bar from source code VB or HTML

Well when My site try to download a pdf, the information bar appears, so I can´t configure all the clients machine to safe site or something like that, is there any way to remove this bar from VB or HTML???

No, there's is no way you can get rid of that bar from your website. Think about it. That would be a HUGE security problem if you could.

Yep. That's a comment in some web page. It doesn't do anything.
