set dll path dynamically in netbeans

Hi...
I am using netive api in my java program, and I have done it by setting the path in properties->run, but the problem is that it is system specific if I try to run that application on the diffrent desktop then it gives an error,the error is the secific file i.e dll not found. How can I solve this problem.
