How to apply oncasacade delete/update at design time on a table not through query creation(typing on editar)

Genarally we know at desing time creating foreign key by right click on the column
iam expecting at foreign key choosing (on design time ),at the same time iwant to apply oncascade delete/update to the table (design time).
any body give me this example with sereen shorts or example sites showing screens.

is it posible we apply oncascade delete/update at design time respective foreign key column?
or any other ways for do this task?
