For email account how they tied to windows account
For Example: Corporate Email - One Machine can be used by multiple users. And Every User has more than one Email Account. When one user login into windows, we have to display his Email accounts alone. Like that we have to display their accounts automatically whenever users login.
Need to know how windows profile related to email accounts
SHOULD disply that window account related only . .

If your machines are properly setup each user will only see its own stuff. Documents, emails and whatever. Your network administrator should know how to setup those machines. It has nothing to do with programmation or C#.

Solution 1

Well Windows does it for you, see I don't think you should worry too much about it.
This code is not open for users anyway.

If there is some specific API related to profiles or email accounts that you are looking for, search msdn, you might be able to locate it.
