Sharepoint Backup error

I am trying to restore backup from version '14.0.0.04762' but when i am trying to restore it

through stsadm command , i am getting an error that upgrade your sharepoint server with a version '14.0.0.5123' but when i am trying to restore it on a different server , i am able to restore it

any help is appreciated
