Tutorials on using VideoView and media controller in Eclipse for Android

I am trying to embed an mp4 movie into a simple app for android and I am having problems getting it to work.

Does anyone have any links to tutorials on how to do this,a and how to use the videoView widget in eclispe?

unfortunately the field is cluttered with eclipse the movie, or mp4 general info when searching google
