Single Sign on Between SharePoint 2010 & Java Applications

Hi,
I need to Single Sign on for SharePoint 2010 and Java Applications. We are using Jira(Bug Tracker) with SharePoint 2010 integration. We will give the Jira Link for creating new Issue then it will forward to Jira environment without asking a Login & Password. I am using Windows Authenticate From AD for both application.
