restoring archeived data

i have a requirement such that,i have a table1 of ten records,i archived the five records from the table1.now when i execute SELECT * FROM TABLE1 all the ten records sould disply...........plzzzzzzzzz help me

Solution 1

Referring to your previous question it is better to import all your data into Sql server first, as querying external data sources like text files (while being possible) is performance prohibitive.
