What's the best reporting tool

i'm looking for a reporting tool with the following terms:

1.High Performance
2.makes me able to use tables in unbound mode
3.has a chance to add picture

i saw a program which made by powerbuilder and it has 1400 page inside a report and it takes 2 sec to load

i have used 4 reporting tools and it's too slow
