I need to develop a Sales Management system or Financial Accounting system which includes Sale order, purchase order, voucher entry etc.
Don't have much idea about this, Need help..!!
Any sample project or reference is welcome.

This is obviously well beyond your skill set, and would take years to develop. Your time would be better spent finding a package that will provide these features for you.

Too bad. If you "don't have much idea" from the very beginning you could consider giving up before it's too late. To get to any ideas about development you need first to start with gathering requirements. Before you have basic requirements, there is nothing to talk about. After that there are many stages of development you should clearly understand. Do you have this experience? If not, consider hiring development team.

Not that we can help it... experience in the field is important anyway, at least for some on the team.
