How can i print on envelope in C#.net windows application?

You will have to create a custom paper size and dotted lines to do this. It would be best to print it out as a picture, rather than have it hand-drawn with the graphics object.

Have a picture of an envelope, then print the image. That is how Microsoft Word prints their envelope templates.
