How to maintain/regain edited values of radgrid controls while postback

Im using a radgrid on a radtabstrip. whenever i edit radgrids control by typing some values in it ,i suddenly go for another radtabstrip of same page which performs postback. after coming on the first radtabstrip of edited radgrid i miss all the values which i had entered previously.
How should i retain those values after postback?

I would suggest making sure that your viewstate is enabled and if it is then refer to the documentation for your control.
