publish package in Asp.net 4.0

hello friends

I m working on Asp.net 4.0. when we publish our website then i need to publish my whole website and deploy it on server.

This create tough situations for our company as sometimes we need to publish some files.

so can anyone tell me how to deploy our website in packages..
