Redirecting a page in sharepoint 2010

Hi
I have created a Sharepoint application. In the home page there are certain links. If certain group of users login, then one link has to redirect to a certain page. When another group of users login, then the same link has to redirect to another page. Is it possible to do in sharepoint designer as workflow or I have to do the coding in Visual Studio ????

Anyone who know the solution please help me.
