Retrieve from mysql to php variable

Please I am having a MySQL db that contains fields username,password and created
Created field is true or false
I need to run this command to all fields that has false in created

blablabla:2082/frontend/x3/subdomain/doadddomain.html?rootdomain=seifhatem.co.cc&domain=$username";

Where $username is username of mysql
I can connect to database and all these things but my only problem is to get all the users and passes from the db and do it one by one
