looking a mvc project

I'm newbie in Asp.Net MVC. I'm looking a basic project that includes textboxs, butons, grid etc. do you know anything like this? i don't know how to place a textbox to form and get it's value.

Do you know any asp.net web project using Ms-sql-server?

That is a whole other question. Just search for C# projects that use MS SQL server and then put together the MVC application with the SQL Server code and you will have your solution. Remember that Google is your friend.
