how to access the webResource french version

using mvc 4 beat version. my application is able to grab the english version from the webResource file (msb.WebResource.resx)by default . but its not picking the french version of webResource file version (msb.WebResource.fr.resx). Do i have to add any extra code in the controller? or how do i do it... can any one please give me the code.
