How to get HatchBrush Point from Graphics points?

Here I draw 5*5 circle with another utility with hatching.Though I am getting following hatch points from its .svg file.

Now I try to do same this in C# with following code:

HatchBrush hBrush = new HatchBrush(
   HatchStyle.Horizontal,
   Color.Red,
   Color.FromArgb(255, 128, 255, 255));
e.Graphics.FillEllipse(hBrush, 0, 0, 5, 5);

Please Let me know how to get above point from Graphics ?
or
Please Suggest any other way to get this points.
Or
Is it any possibility to take HatchBrush points from Graphics or GraphicsPath?
