jQuery help! Multiple copies of a div

I am using bPopup in a page. It has this bug in which every time you refresh the div containing that bPopup, a new copy with the same class name is created.
Now the problem is, even if I use :first selector to call the latest copy of the div, it keeps on selecting all copies one by one, when I keep on closing and opening that popup.
But I need to show only the latest copy.
Please help!!
