ajax filling on a div inside the form tab in asp.net [problem]

i have a asp.net project. One of my page have a div element, it need to fill using ajax. but if i put that div inside a form tag, it will stop working and shows some error message. can you help me.

Not clear. Why Ajax? What's the problem, exactly? "It will stop working" is not very informative...
