how to restart network interface in win7

DhcpNotifyConfigChange is a function that can be used to restart interface in windows NT.
But is not usefull in Win7.

My questions is:
1
how to make the function DhcpNotifyConfigChange usefull in Win7. Or what function can be
the same use like DhcpNotifyConfigChange.

If there is other ways to restart interface in win7?
