Can VB.NET automatically update Item in MS Acess after set time?

Im creating a stock control on vb.net how ever i require some help, part of the order stock is that it takes 2 days for delivery to arrive to the shop. So data is held in a table in access and i want after two days the table to be updated is that possible.

Example: product 1 has been ordered and delivery of 500 is coming in 2 days, in 2 days the available quantity should be 500..

Can this be achieved? if so can someone plz explain how.
