How to use person's face(from web cam) instead of username and password for login in Windows application ?

For my academic project i want to make an application employee management in which a module to login in which face is used identify the employee and for his login.

Back End MS SQL Sever

What have you tried? Did you search on the internet for articles on image / face recognition?

This is a homework question.
Its not fair that you ask others to do your work for you.
Try doing something at least and then post questions on what you have tried. Someone may be able to help you.
