ScriptResource.axd problem + update panel

i have the one application ,
in that i used update panel and i refresh it using javascript timer.
at that time(partial update), and getting error.

sys.webforms.pagerequestmanagerservererrorexception the message received from the server could not be parsed + scriptresource.axd
but in database action is updaing.
only thing is user interface is not updating properly.

Details :-

in my development system i don't have any issue.

i Deployed the application in 3 Servers .

1.Windows 7, iis 7.5 (working perfectly)

2.Windows 7, iis 7.5 (when url contrains system name error
[sys.webforms.pagerequestmanagerservererrorexception the message received from the server could not be parsed + scriptresource.axd ]
comming, if url contains with ip working perfectly)

3.Windows 7, iis 7.5 (url with name/IP giving
]sys.webforms.pagerequestmanagerservererrorexception the message received from the server could not be parsed + scriptresource.axd ]
error).

i googled it,
and i suspect its may be issue related to compersion(dynamic),
not sure.
