no reflection of data on Gridview after selecting value from DDL

See more:

i can show the gridview data on selection on no. of rows from dropdownlist.
but on selecting some other value from the DDList..there is no change on gridview data.?
please help me on this.

Too less an info to comment. What's the code related? Did you DEBUG and see the execution? Was there any error?
