Check for CWinApp existence

Hi,

I have a process that was programed and used

CWinApp(
   LPCTSTR lpszAppName = NULL 
);

I know the lpszAppName.

By using the lpszAppName, I want to check whether this WinApp process exists or not.
How can I do it?
