why some silverlight application just loading without enter to the application?

I have silver light application and when i run it ..it's just loading and don't enter the application ? why this problem

Hi,if u run website,it simply silverlight loading progress bar appear(blue circle dots with 100%)but if u localhost in url then it wotk ?if it ip address or machine name not work ?pls reply i have problem like this is and help me run in all way,like ip address,localhost or machine name in url.
