Any single reason to use the garbage? After all, you could use Visual Studio Express free of charge.

Reflector is based on IL (intermediate language).
VB6 does not use IL.

A tool called OLE Viewer can help you read interfaces in VB6.

Not exactly. Refactoring is quite possible on any platform rather then CIL. Why not? There are many different development tools working of source code...

The different thing is: what kind of people would do this hard work for the sake of improving VB6? There is such thing as funeral house though, they probably make up the dead ones... :-)

VB6 lacks nearly everything, wonderfully brainless in general. How could you expect anything good from it? It was obsolete before it was offered to the market.
