I am trying to publish an Info Path 2007 form to Share Point 2007 and make it browser enabled. I see the following message.
This form template is browser-compatible but it cannot be browser enabled on the selected site. The reason may be because of
• The Policy setting on the server does not allow users to browser enabled form templates
• The necessary features are not available on the site
• The policy setting on the server does not allow the users to browser enable form templates.
How I started off:
1. Create and select a blank form in info path with “Enable browser - Compatible feature only” option checked.
2. In ToolsForm Options Security and Trust, checked “Full Trust” radio button. In Form Template Signature, checked “sign this form template” and “created certificate”.
3. In ToolsForm OptionsCompatibility, checked “Design a form template that can be opened in a browser or info path” option checked.
4. I checked in the Design Checker and had zero errors.
5. In the publishing wizard selected “ To a share point server with or without info path”, click next,
6. Entered the url of the share point site, click next,
7. Now it gives the above error.
Steps I followed to solve this problem:
1. Activate all site collection features in my share point team site.
2. In the Central Administration Application Management Info path Forms Services, Configured info path form services by selecting “Allow users to browser enable form templates”.
3. In the Central Administration Application Management Info path Forms Services, enabled Enterprise features.
4. In the form library where I am publishing the info path form, in the form library settingsadvanced settings, I checked “Display as webpage” option.
Even now I am unable to publish my form with browser enabled feature.
Can anyone please help me out with this….
