How to Create a C# application to block a websites(in all Browser eg:-Mozilla,crome).It also have to block web page that contains inappropriate contents on the fly.It also have to disable the download option.

I believe that you want to search for how to create a proxy server.

Solution 1

Your code is going to detect requests across the web and block them from occurring. Ideally, such code would run on a server in your network that all web traffic goes through. Once you have the shell, you can block based on any rules you like.
