How to show panel center of the window

Hi all,
My requirement is i have one datagridview in this datagridview i have two buttons like update button and delete button, when i click the update button i am showing the panel i want to show the panel middle of the window. outside of the datagridview also one addbutton i click this button i am showing panel but i want to show the panel middle of the windows.

Please send me anyone.
