How to import file in a DLL in c# ?

You are going to have to supply a lot more information than that if you expect an answer. What is it that you are trying to do? What is it that you have tried? What is the problem that you are having? You would import a file in a DLL the same way that you would import a file in an exe... The vagueness of your question makes it impossible to answer.
