I got an error msg like this when sending emails:

"command parameter not implemented. the server response was authenticate first (#5.5.0)"

But this error message is not coming in working time it comes only after 7pm.

That error is an SMTP server error that is advising the the email address or general communication relay through it requires authentication details.

It could be.

Something changed with the SMTP settings in DNN host settings.

The SMTP server is locked down now

The email address previously being sent to did not require authentication, but now you are sending to a different address (external to that smtp server) so now you need authentication.
