pdf is not creating using pinPDF.dll

hi ,

i am working on asp.net application , i have been created generating pdf . for the creation of pdf i used (Imports Pintexx.Components.Web.pinPDF), before it working fine , but now its not opening pdf. when i click on pdf link button its has been changing url , but pdf is not opening ,
can u please help me any one
