Setup File and registiration key for your application in VB.NET?

I have developed a security level in my vb.net application depending on the processor _id so the registration key(active) depend on the processor_id of each PC and this is not allow to the user to copy the application.

I wanna to ask how I can include the "registration key" step in the setup wizard of the application? and how I can create custom setup wizard?
So the registration key can write one time in the setup wizard?!
