play user choice playlist of songs in asp.net, ajax kit/ javascript

Hello!
I want that user can select just one many music(.mp3,.wav) file(s) like playlist from his machine by browsing to his local drive and after selection those will start play in asp.net is there anyone have any helpful idea about that because i'm really stuck of client side choices. Please tell me a good helpful method to resolve this problem.
