DJ application in C#

I would like to make a dj application in C#, and i am making the player section right now. But I have a problem, I can't find a media player that is fast enough when you click play/pauze or plays different kinds media types. I already tried WMP, Direct X and a couple of other projects from this website.

Solution 1

The projects on this site will use DX or WMP. You won't find anything quicker. Your best bet is to buy more RAM or a faster computer.

Pre-fetch the DX or WMP data based on your playlist - and then you really WILL have to get more ram and a faster computer. (lots more ram)
