data extraction and information retrieving from pdf

Actually my idea is briefly that this system will give a feature which the reader could extract information without opening the PDF which are located in hard disk especially for Research Library applications. soon after it search the keyword
it will show the description or content of it.

except doc fetcher becoz it will find only the keyword location but not the relevant content.

Any one know similar system to this scenario and pls need a c# coding too.
