Solution 1

There is no such thing as "Window Form ASP.NET"; and using System.Windows.Forms in ASP.NET application cannot make any sense whatsoever. Perhaps you need to learn what basically ASP.NET do and how HTTP and Web work in principle.

As already pointed out by SA, your tags are incorrect and question has little sense if we try to reply exact words. So, I assumed that you are trying to ask a scheduler kind of thing where reminders could be sent automatically at defined time/instance. If so, Windows Service should do what you seek.
