How to drag the datagridview cell

how can i drag the cell to other position in datagridview,and which is a image in the cell like insert pictures in Excel,any help? thank you

thanks for your reply,may be my description was not clear,it means that add a PictureBox into DataGridView cell like insert a picture in Excel,and it will be drag the picturebox to any position
