How to integrate the wpf app page or a xaml page with with an aspx file to execute the code behind part of the aspx page, as i have some events to be handled with the wpf app page or a xaml page .

You can't. You CAN use Silverlight, that's what it is for.

I am at a loss. WPF is for client side apps. Silverlight is for browser based apps using XAML. What sort of example are you hoping for ? WPF hosted inside a webpage, is Silverlight, so that's what you need to use. That's all.
