A Multiple Selection DropDownList (a CheckBoxList Inside a DropDownList)

I am creating a new branch where there are timings section in that i have 5 fields such as:
1.)Week-days
2.)Half-days
3.)Week-offs
4.)Time-in
5.)Time-out

the first 3fields should come into dropdownlist with checkbox and the checkbox should be restricted to 5days only i.e., if the user checks 6 days in the checkbox which is in dropdownlist should not check .only 5 days should be selected and those 5 days should be stored into database.

please help me fast to solve this solution.
