how can i bind datas to datagrid using poco concept in wpf application

Hi...
I want to use poco concept for binding datas like id,name etc to a datagrid in wpf application and from that table i have to get another form on which invc_id,date and grantotal of selected books should be displayed..actually my task is simple form of book management system..but i dont know how it can be implemented using poco(Plain Old CLR Object)...plz help me..
