But when I changed the code with your answer it is again showing error as follows

Error 1 Cannot implicitly convert type 'object' to 'System.Windows.Forms.DataGridView'. An explicit conversion exists (are you missing a cast?) D:\HR Suite\HR Suite(4-1)\WpfApplication1\WpfApplication1\State.xaml.cs 65 61 WpfApplication1

To what question and response are you referring to? Also, you don't show any of the code you are using. Very difficult to provide an answer with almost no useful information wouldn't you say?
