How do I make my datagridview look like spss

How do I make my datagridview rows look like spss datagrid.
In spss if you dont enter numbers in cells the row show inactive.

Example:

From 1 to 10 rows are active from 11 to ... are not active

What I have tried:

Any suggestions, is it possible to do that with datagridviee

I think that the table shown in the image is not a datagridview. Rather, it is made of textboxes.

Solution 1

Probably the best would be to make all rows inactive. Then as you add data to them you change the state of the ones that get filled in. But in general a DataGridView does not contain empty rows.
