Hi everyone,
I'm working on a website with a focus on high-quality video content. This includes recipe demonstrations, cooking tutorials, and product reviews. While I understand the importance of good video quality, I'm also concerned about website loading speed and ensuring smooth video playback for visitors.
Ideally, I'd like to find a video encoding solution that offers a good balance between these two factors. Here's what I'm looking for:
Cost-effective: Since I'm still building my audience, a free or open-source option would be ideal. If not, something with a reasonable pricing structure would be great.
Quality output: I want the encoded videos to maintain a decent level of visual quality, but I'm open to finding the right balance between file size and resolution.
Does anyone have any recommendations for video encoding software or services that might fit these criteria? Any advice on tools or best practices for optimizing video for web playback would also be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!
What I have tried:
I've looked into some paid software options like AWS and Bitmovin, but their pricing structures are a bit outside my budget for now.
