Can I capture a screenshot from a specific display in unity

What I have tried:

When i build the application the Captured image is wrong and it's not showing captured picture, it show another screen short of another display

There's clearly a secret error somewhere in your secret code. You should fix that.

Seriously, nobody can help you without seeing the relevant parts of your code. Without that, we have no idea what you're doing wrong, and we can't tell you how to fix it.
