How to communicate with TCD 820m card dispenser machine in serial

I am using a TCD 820m card dispenser machine, does anyone know about the device settings and command formats for this device which has TTL communication

What I have tried:

I tried sending commands (Inquiry of working state: 02 52 46 03 15 05, Reset order: 02 53 54 03 06 05) through Docklight, but I am receiving junk values in response

Did you set correctly the serial port (9600-8-N-1) ?
Could you please post full details of the 'junk values' your receive ?

Well, it really looks garbage.
You could have a look at hexadecimal representation of the binary data (if Docklight allows it, I ma not an expert). Anyway probably is time to follow Richard's suggestion and contact the support.
