Crystal Report Cannot Seen After make .exe

Hello Guys,
I am making crystal report in visual studio 2010.
at starting i have used .NET FRAMEWORK 4.0 Clent Profile,
After that i have changed it as" .NET FRAMEWORK 4.0"
if i RUN application IT work pefectly but when i created its .exe
then in not show me Reports,it gives me Error
"Could not load filr or assembly "system.web.version=4.0.0.0,
Culture=neutral,PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its
dependencies.The System Cannot find the file path"
Please Help Me
